Evid nee was given today pioving that Whitehead, the proprietor ol the Birmingnam factory, had made enormous purchases of acids to be used m the manufacture of explosives. The j'iry m the case of Timothy Kelly, one of the Phoenix Park pri« soners, has retired until Monday next to reconsider the evidence, and they have not been discharged as previously stated. The third horse m the Two Thousand Guineas Stakes was The Prince, not Prince the Second, as telegraphed yesterday.
