THE LONDON TIMES THREATENED. (by electric telegraph. — copybight.) : (beuter's telegrams.) London, April 20. A pension of £2000 a year was voted by the House of Commons last night to Sir Garnet Wolseley. A box containing gonpowder has beet discovered at the back ?of the Times office.
