Lawlor is a petition for a judicial separation on the ground of bigamy and adultry. The petition of Anne Lawlor states that Bh was mar* tied to Edward Lawlor at the Roman Catholic Church m Adelaide m 1866, that they lived together ten years, and that she had four children by him ; and that m August, 1876, the respondent came to Auckland, wh n on June Bth, 1877, he married Jane Cogari, and that he had since lived with her. In uhe other case, McGinness' petition is for dissolution of the marriage. Greymouth. April 19.
