LATE CABLE MESSAGES.
(reuter's telegrams.) London, April 18. Three Portugeso men-of-war have been ordered to St. Paul De Loande. the capital of the Portuguese colony of Ongola, on West African Coast. Intelligence of a disquieting nature has been recived from the West African Coast, and it is expected that a conflict will ensue between Stanley's exploring expedition and a French party under De Brazzas, in the Congo country. •
