At th a meeting yestenl iy the follow* ing resolutions were cirried :— Proposed by Mr Newcombe, seconded by Mr Engels— That Mr Armstrong 1 be requested to prepare plans and spesifi* cation for the expenditure of the special fund of £100 on the roai leading to the property of Messrs Andrewartha. Proposed by Mr Engels, seconded by Mr Skerman — Th*t the Ch&irman give Mr McEwen an order on Messrs Kichter& Co;, for £tie i timber he may require for culverts, and that Mr McEwen bs authorized to carry out the work. - ' '-•'■'■ * ■'•:■ ■'.■•""" .: •• ■ ";•: Proposed by Mr McEwen, seconded by Mr Edwards— That Mr Armstrong be instructed to prepare plans and specifications for culvert ; and filling up gallj and making road about four chains m length on Poulson Line, at a cost not exceeding, twenty pounds. Tenders to be m by the next meeting of this Board.
