London, April 13* lv the trial of Brady at Dublin today the informers, Carey and Parrell, were cross"examined at length but their previous evidence as to Brady's guilt was m no way shaken. A photograph of " No I," was identified m Court to-day by Carey and Far* rell. Six men — Gorman, Gallagher, Wilson, Dalton, Kir ton, and Ansburghe — who were recently arrested m London, were brought up at Bow-street Police Court to-day, charged with bein-r unlawfully m possession of explosives, and conspiring to commit outrages. Mr Poland m bis opening speech for the prosecution, showed that the prisoners were contacted with Whitehead's factory ..recently seized at Birmingham. The case is still proceeding. In the House of Commons to-day Sir Henry Jam s, Attorney-General, a** nounced that the Affirmations m Lieu of Oaths Biil which was about to be tabled, was only intended to apply to future members of the House, and would not be retrospective. A further portion of the Dunedin's mutton has be-n sold at 6|d perponnd.
