Her Majesty the Queen is sufficiently recovered from the aecideat to her knee, occasioned by falling down a staircase at Windsor Ca3tle on the 22nd uit., to take carriage exercise, but is quite incapable of walking, and can scarcely stand. The Government Bill for the establishment of a Court of Criminal Appeal has been read a second time ia tbe House of Commons .
