In consequence of fears that are entertained ot Fenian outrages two thousand men from various infantry regiments have been told : off as guards for different public buildings m London, and a strong detachment of Coldstream guards from Chelsea Barracks' are now protecting the Houses of Parliament and, Buckingham palace. .
