AFFAIRS AT THE CAPE.
HOSTILITIES IMMINENT. (bbtjter's tele&uams.) Capetown, March 22. Intelligence is to hand from Tembuland, m Transkee, that the Boers have refused the demand of the British authorities that they should forthwith quit the territory . The Boers are understood to be now arming and massing their forces, and an outbreak of hostilities is feared.
