M; Dargaville, m the presence of 700 persons. Christchurch, This Day. In the case against Mr Milner Stephen judgment was given for defendant. In Selig v, Nathan, assault on the proprietor of " Society," th* judgment was for plaintiff, damages £5. Invbrcargull, This Bay. A boat, containing two Natives and a European, has capsized. One Native clung to an oar, and was rescued. The bodies of the other and the European have been found.
