No definite management has yet been formulated, but it is expected it will be managed by a Board of clergymen, with the Bishop as head. It is expected to be open m about two months. A telegram has been received here stating that the Privy Council ho.s overruled the Judge's decision m the ca«e cf the steamer Ferret, which was taken about three yea as a£o and sold at Melbourne by a person named Henderson. The work of cleaning the Austral is being continued. She will be dockei m the Fitzroy Dock, and the coal taken out. Captain Sladen, who takes her Home, has arrived.
