By advertisement . elsewhere ifc will be seen that the Ladies' Committee of tne Anglican t Cburch are inviting assistance m the. organization of . a special pro* gramme during Easter week, , the proceeds of which are, to be m aid Of. the funds of All Saints' Church. A number of earnest and enthusiastic ladies of the congregation are actively interesting themselves to ensure the success of the affair, which promises to be attended with all the congratulatory renults which can be wished. It is proposed that on the afternoons' of "Wednesday and Thursday m Easter week the Foresters' Hall be converted for the time being into a place where there will be nu'mer-i ous attractions for all, intellectual and social, and where for a.vory small admittance fe3, a most enjoyable couple of hours can be spent. There will be fortune- telling, music at intervals, choice goods for sole,. dainties to satisfy or tempt the appetite, flowers, fruit, an assemblage of holiday-making people,, a most interesting museum, some choice "works of art, pictures, curios, and a host of other attractions of one sort and another. Ladies and children, >with heads of households, can stroll m and pass a very pleasant time of it^ and if they desire can purchase some useful or ornamental memento of their visit, and at the same time benefit a deserving cause. . We trust , that the -.laudable: effortsnow being put forth by the ladies of the congregation will meet with a liberal response on the part ot the public at largp, who should come forward spontaneously to render every available co-operation, whether as contributors , or famishing assistance m any other required direction. ~
