After paving Ll2 m weekly instalments, she gave a renewed bill for L 54, and piid L 4 of this. Then renewed for L 56, and by February had paid" L 9 off this, when defendant required a new bill for L6O. Plaintiff refused,- and defendant levied distress.; Judgment was for plaintiff for" L2O exeessiva charge, and LIO illegal [-distress.
