The plaintiff was the Rev. Cams Wil* son, until recently stationed at Palmerston Norths -the defendant being- His Lordship the Bishop of Wellington, and the suit was instituted for the recovery of a balance of stipend said to be owing;. The plaintiff was examined at considerable length, and judgment was given aganst him on the ground that the wrong party had been proceeded agiiinat.
