Mr J. H. Wallace, auctioneer, Wel« lington, advertises elsewhere that on the 22nd of next month he will sell a very Valusble property m Fitzherbsrt, being a portion of the estate of the late Thos. Hodgson. The sale is to take place under order of the Supreme Court, pursuant to a decree from the same. The property is section 77, Fitzherbert, comprising 105 acres, river and road frontage. What makes it specially valuable is the fact that the Wellington Bhd Manaw'dtti Railway will go through one corner. The terms of sale are stated m the advertisement, and further particulars and conditions can be ascertained on application to the auctioneer.
