The only criminal case is that against, Doreen for alleged larceny of a promis-Bdt-y note; 1 !>: We learn, however, that it is not likely this case will be proceeded, the Crown Prosecutor having intimated to that effect. The civil business oomprises the following casesj — Scott and Besley vl Cross Bros,, claim, £200. Mr Perkins for plaintiffs, end Mr Hutchison for defendants.* W. H. Yo ng v. F. B. Larkworthy, claim, £47 Bs. Messrs tfawkins <k^on for plaintiff, and Messrs Ca6h and Esam for defend ant. The Court will open on Tuesday at 10 a.m., to 'which day it will be adjourned from Monday.
