Hassell and Co. report : — Flour, £10 to £11 ; oatmeal, £14 ; bran, £4 ; pollard, £5 10s ; potatoes, £5 to £6;; onions, £6 to £7 per ton. Oats, 2s to 2s 4d ; wheat, 3s Od to 4s 3d ; maize, 4s 9d per bu<hel. Butter, 9d to 10.1, bacon and hams, 9d per 1b ; eggs, 4s 2d to Is 3d. Fowls, 3s 6d to 4s ; ducks, 4s to 5s per pair.- . ! Larey & Campbell report, fowls are worth 3s 9d to 4s ; ducks, 4s to 4s 3d ; turkeys — there have not been any for some time past ; eggs are rising slowly, Is 6d being realised at auction to-day for them ; butter, scarce and much enquired for; potatoes are soarco and price unsettled ; onions, LBto L 9,. The farm produce market is very unsettled, and there will be no reliable quotations until the harvest is gathered m ; no one will operate m the present uncertain condition oi pricis.- There is no fresh butter m the market. Hams, bacon, and cheese, are very hard to place. . -• • .
