Intelligence is to, hand that the steamer Kenmure Castle foundered. in. a heavy gale m the Bay of Biscay, and 32 persona have been drowned. The Kenmure Castle, was a- steamer of about 1300 tans, was owned by T. Skinner and traded between Antwerp ' and Odessa.
