ON THURSDAYTthe 15th February, at 11 o'clock m the forenoon, FORTY-FORK (44) SECTIONS, varying m area from 40 to 640 acres, will be offered for sale by Public Auction, at the Institute, Masterton. These sections are situate m the following Survey Districts, viz, ; — Mangaone, Tiffin, Mangapakeha, Waipawa, Wainuioru, Mount Cerberus, Aohanga, and Mount Robinson. Also ON MONDAY, the 19th February, applications to purchase the unsold Cash Sections m the Pohangina (Survey District), Manawatu, and m the Tokpmaru Block (Wanganui), will be received at the Land Office, Wellington. Twenty- five per cent of the purchase money to be paid on the day of sale, and the balance within one month.
