The committee appointed by the Chamber of Deputies to consider the ' Bill introduced by Government dealing with the question of the Bonapartist manifestoes has decided that the measure should provide that all Bonapartists should be cashiered irom the' array and expelled from the country. The Government, however, dissent from the finding of the committee. . The whole of the members of the French Ministry have resigned, with ♦he exception of M. Duel ere, Premier ; Admiral Jauresuiberry, Minister of Marine ; and General B Hot, Minister of War. The latter favors drastic treatment of Bonapartists and Orleanist pretenders. Mr GreVy is urging a re-union of the French Ministry.
