arrest oft. h. lightband. further particulars. (special to the herald.) Nelson, Jan. 24. Young Liqhtband had telegraphed to his sister threatening his father on account of his intended marriage. The father lai^ aa information, and Lightband was arrested on arrival, and is now m custody, being remanded for eight days. . A loaded revolver was found m bis luggage. He makes £lii?ht of the affair, and says he only wanted to frighten the governor.
