Re Thomas Jones, and liis Trustees. The hearing of this application was concluded to-day. The registrar, den cidei m effect that the trustee? had shown sufficient cause why they should not be removed from office, at; the sam^ tima he intimated that he would have to r. quest that the trustees do comply with the order of the Oourt made on the 28th of November 1882, and forth with file a schedule of the property they became possessed of. Mr Hawkins intimated that the decision would be api>' alert against. The Court wis then adjourned sine die.
