PRINCE OF THE VALLEY, by Royal Conqueror out of Gipsy, by Clyde .Champion (imported), out of J. Andrews' well-known mare Polly, by Farmer (imported), and grand dam (imported). Royal Conqueror, a pure Clydesdale, took first prize at Battereea as a two-year-old, at the United Exhibition of the Royal Agiicultural Society of England and the Royal Highland Society, and was therefore entitled to be regarded as the best colt m England and Scotland m his year. He was selected and imported for Mr H. Redwood by the Hon. W. Robinson. Gipsy nas takenTtwo first prizes at the Richmond Agricultural Show.
