(UNITED rRESS ASSOCIATION.) . Wellington,' This Day^ The Supreme Court Criminal Sitting opened this mo.ming. The Judge's charge to the grand jury lasted only two minutes. He congratulated them on the lightness of the calendar, there being no case of a serious character. A True Bill was found against Henry Freeman for house-breaking, and the trial is now proceeding.
