BISHOP MORALS CANDIDA* TURK* (UNITED PJRBSS ASSOdATIOX). DaNEDiN, Jan. 12. Bishop Moraa's meeting to-night was very enthusiastic and orderly. He only spoke for half an hour, and princi* pally on the education question. A considerable number of questions were answered. The Bishop declared him* self strongly m favour of a land tax, and would make the land bear the greater proportions of the burdens of the State. A vote of confidence was passed. ___________
