District Court.

THIS DAY. (Before the Registrar G. W.Woon Esq,) APPLICATION FOR THE REMOVAL OF TRUSTEES . This was a case m which an application was made to remote the trustees m the assigned estate of Jones and Pal oner storekeepers, of Fielding, on the plea of waste and negligence. Mr Hawkins sen. | appeared for the applicant. Before any evidence was taken the counsel for the other Bide contended that the estate haying been realised, the applicant had no pecuniary interest m the deed, and therefore could not proceed m the case. It WBB only creditors, or one pecuniarily interested, that could apply for the removal of the trustees, and cited a case m proof of his contention. Mr Hawkins on the other hand contended that his client had a great pecuniary interest, and that the objection raised did not apply m this case. The Registrar thought it would be bet* ter m such a case as this they should rely only on factß, and that the evidence be gone on with. Left Sitting.
