The demand for oats has slackened and prices have declined. Arrived this morning the P and O Steamer Clyde with the Suez mail. London, Yesterday. Tenders for the Victorian Loan were opened to-day. Scarcely half a million was tendered < for and prices ranged from 100 to 102 J. Tenders are invited tiil Monday next for the unallotted balance at par.
