A meeting at Kewi's settlement has authorised Rewi to send a letter to Mr Bryce asking that an tmnesty be proclaimed to Wabanui, In an interview with Mr Gr<Jce,Native Interpreter, he said-the catrae of delay m completing settlement with the Europeans was a difference among the natives themselves. He added, « give us a little time to breathe and settle matters, and all thing will be made right."
