The application to have Messrs Sherwill and Capper removed from the trusteeship m the assigned estate of Palmer and Jones, of Feilding, is to come bet ore the Palmerston District Court on Thursday next, the Registrar of the Wanganui District Court, Mr W* G. Woon, having been appointed to adjudicate on the case. The contentions of the applicants, as set forth m sworn affidavits, are already known to the public, anA some very remarkable evidence is expected to be elicited. The case promisei to be unprecedented of its kind m tfo judicial annals of the colony, and some extraordinary disclosures and denoueraont are anticipated.
