A bell will ring for saddling and starting. The first bell for saddling will be rung on January 25th, at eleven o’clock a.m. punctually ) and also on January 26th, at eleven o’clock a.m. All entrances for the races (except the Hack Races) must he made to the Secretary, at Mr. Pike’s, before four o’clock p.m., January 18th.
