Lord Reay, the chairman of the London School Board, has written to the AgentGeneral to say that, with the approval of t tie Board of Education, the School Board are preparing a scheme by which a certain number of letters written by scholars in their schools shall be forwarded each year to scholars attending schools in such colonies of the British Empire as are willing to co-operate, and the answers shall be received and distributed.
