As no direct mail ivill be made up at the frfotueka Wharf to ensure despatch correspondence should be posted at this office, or en board the slea?ner, of letters: _ If letters (consignees excepted) are posted loose 011 board the steamer, a fate fee of id should be affixed, otherzaise they ivill be xnrcharged at the po?'t of destination 11.
