From the jet November direct mails will I e made up between this office and Welling- j 4>n. The sen-vice will-be-weekly to the j/st ! ffi-iy, 1903, and fortnightly from the Ist to the 31st June , 1903. N'he time and date for cloffing the. mails will be specially notified. As no direct mail will be made up at the ffiotueka Wharf, to ensure despatch correspondence should be posted at this office , or #.u board the steainc?', of letters: If letters (consignees excepted) are posted j loose on board the steamer , a late fee of id j should be affixedotherivise they will be j surcharged at the port of destination [ H.
