'f'he time and date for closing the. mails will be specially notified. As no direct mail ‘will be made up at the hfotueka Wharf, to ensure despatch correspondence should be posted at this office,, o?e;i board the steamer, of letters: If letters (consignees excepted) are posted loose on board the steamer, a lode fee of id thould be affixed , otherwise they zvill be surcharged at the port of destination IP.
