A remarkable application was made at .Church (.Lancashire) Licensing- Sessions on sth ult., on behalf of the Black Dog Inn , which stands on the boundary line between Oswaldtwistle parish and Darwen borough—-one half of the building heing-in the former, and the other half in the latter.
