The time and date for closing the mails ivill be specially notified. As no direct mail zvill be made up at the Motiteka Wharf, -to ensure despatch correspondence should be posted at this office, or an board the steamer, of letters: If letters (consignees excepted) arc posted loose on board the steamer, a late fee of id Should be affixed, otherwise they -will be surcharged at the port of destination IT.
