As no direct mail will be made up at the Afotit-cfca Wharf, to ensure despatch correspondence should be posted at this office, or' m:t board the steamer, of letters: If letters (consignees excepted) are posted Icots on board the steamer, a late fee of id should, be affixed, otherwise they zuill be surcharged at the port of destination - 11.
