The time and date for closing the mails will be specially ?iotfied. As no direct ?nail will be made up at the Afotueka Wharf, to ensure despatch corresp jndejicc should be posted at this office, or *n board the steamer, of letters: If letters (consignees exeepted) are posted loose on board the steamer, a late fee of id should be affixed, othe?~wise they will be surcharged at the port of destination H.
