The Licensing District of Motueka.

IN pursuance of the provisions of “The Licensing Act, 1881,” and the amendments thereof, and “The Alcoholic Liquors Sale Control Act, 1893” and amendment of same, I hereby give notice that a QUARTERLY LICENSING MEETING, being the Annual Licensing Meeting, of the,. Licensing Committee for the Licensing District of Motueka, will be held at the Magistrate’s Courthouse, at Motueka, at Noon on Tuesday, the 3rd day of June next, for the purpose of taking into consideration all Applications for Certificates for such Licenses as by the said Acts are authorised to be granted by the said Licensing Committee. All notices of application must be lodged in duplicate, together with the prescribed fee, with the undersigned on or before the 12th day of May, 1902. Given under my hand, at Motueka, this 2nd day of Mav, 1902. H. E. GILBERT, Clerk, Licensing Committee. NOTE. —Forms may be obtained at the Post Office Motueka.
