One-third of the purchase money to be paid in cash, and the balance on the 31st March, 1907, or by instalments at any previous 31st March or 30th Sept, at the convenience of the purchaser. 5 Interest on the unpaid purchase money to be paid half-yearly, at the rate of five per cent.
