UPPER MOUTERE ROAD BOARD
The monthly meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday, February 22nd. "Members present Messrs G. Bememan Drogemuller and Wilkens.
In the absence of the Chairman of the Board (Mr Beuke), Mr Wilkens was voted to the chair.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. •
Accounts amounting to £Q 2s were received and paid. Cori-espondence was received from the Clerk, Wairnea County Council, giving notice of payment to Board’s credit of balance of Government subsidy 1900-1901 ; from the Department of Hoads, Wellington, forwarding agreement forms, Grvernment grant Neudorf-Dovedale road. Resolved, That the Board meet at ISTeudorf School on next meeting day. March 29th at 2 p.m., to lay off Government grant works.
