The business' of the session-Wasgo.be through smoothly, and complete : harmonp prevailed. ; An adjournment 1 was inade at one p.iu. when the brethren (ihcluding Motueka , district members- who were the guests of our visitors) partook-of an excellent luncheon at the Motueka Hotel. Especial mention of the spread.was made , in the lodge' room at the close of the ordinary business^'and a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr ' and ’Mis Holyoake. At thd invitation of Bro TL. Rumbold the majority of the delegates visited his raspberry garden and spent a short time' gathering! and sampling the fruit.. Bro Rumbold’s kindness was duly appreciated. Captain Deck, of the Motueka-Moun-ted Rifles, has been offered a' captaincy in the Ninth Contingent. Captain Deck will be leaving Motueka within a fortnight ; before he’ departs. we hope the corps will give him a hearty send off. Bishop Mules, accompanied by the Yen Archdeacon Grace, is at present visiting the Pelorus Sounds.
