The Athenie will probably, be tl e largest Vessel, or at any rate, one of the largest, that lias ever- been seen in New Zealand waters, for she is 500 ft dong, 63ft beam, arid 12,500 testis register. She has a "Very fine accomodation for first, second, and third class passengers, that fdr the last named being even suprior to that adopted for the White Star Australian boats. She. has accomodation also for- 100,000 careases of meat.
