No more Queen's silver will be coined, hence the Christmas supply of new silver money will not he forthcoming. The silver coinage bearing the King's effigy will be ready shortly. There is no intention to withdraw the "Victorian coins which majr be more or less in use for another generation, and only sufficient of the King's money will in the meantime be minted to keep up the supply.
