The [New Zealand Times says -It would seem as if the heavy charges levied on cargo from this colony to Australia. is going to lead to serious results. Lately vessels leaving this port for Sydney direct have taken small cargoes, and the Mokoia, which left here on Saturday afternoon took only thirty tons of cargo from .this colony. Should this state of things continue, the question of whether it will pry the Union Steam Ship Company to despatch vessels to Australia as frequently as at present may arise. ,
