The Shipmasters’ Association of New Zealand is raising a subsciiption on behalf of Captain Bonner, of the scow Oban, which was recently wrecked in Pelorus Sound. Captain Bonner’s son, who was master of the -scow Whakapai, was drowned when his vessel was wrecked near East Cape.
