A GLOOMY OUTLOOK.
The outlook for the New Zealand Avoolgrower is very depressing, according t) Mr Campbell, Chairman of tie Wanganui Freezing Company. The impoit of Avnollen goods by the United States had, he added, decreased seveneights, probably in consequence of the high tariff. At Home the warehouses and factories were full to OA'erflowing, and on the Continent the failures in France would probably cause exporters to be careful of sending their raw material there, rvliilst the bank failures in Germany had caused a depression in that country. Altogether the outlook was most gloomy.
