Oats: Canadian 2s Id to'2s2j3d, short feed 2s Id to 2s 2d, duns and Danish 2s to 2s Id, f.o.b. Barley : (nominal) malting 2s 3d to 2s 6d, secondary Is 8d to Is lOd at country stations. Beans : 2s 7d to 2s Bd, f.o.b. Peas : (nominal). Flour (millers’ quotations) : Roller, £6 15s. Sharps : £4. Bran : £3 10s. Oatmeal : £l2 f.o.b. Potatoes: Derwents £4 10s at handy country stations. Oatsheaf chaff—4o; 6:1 to 45s at near country stations. Hay: £2 10s to £2 15s delivered primest baled £4 t'o.b. STOCK SALES. At Tattersall’s on Saturday there was an entry of 60 horses, and a fair demand for any good .-sorts, especially saddle and harness horses. Best draughts made £3O to £4O, medium £22 to £2B, best harness and saddle horses £l4 to £2O 10s, others £8 to £l2.
At Saturday’s markets there was a large entry of wags, and a go d sale at the following 1 ates: — Stores 11s 6d to 15s, suckers and weauers 4s 3d to 10s, Poultry was in a good, supply, a/nd met with a brisk demand, hens narking 2s 6d to 3s 9d, puredved to 20s, pullets 3s 9d to ss, purebred to 15s, roosters 2s 9d to 4s 6d. purebred to 20s, ducks 4s to ss, geese 6s, turkey hens 6s 6d to Bs, gobblers 14s 6d to 19s. all at per pair.
JOHXSONVIIiIiE. —Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co'., in c injunction vdth Messrs Abraham and Williams, report that ox beef made 21s per 10 n lb, prime heavy bullocks sold at £9 10s to £9 17s 6d, others £8 15s to £B, lightersorts £7 17s 6d to £7 13s, ewes 14s 2d to 14s 9d, wetberb 16s 3d to 18s 6d, store ewes 10s 3d. Waverley axb Waxganui. —Messrs F. R. Jackson and Co. quote at Waverley : Store cows £3 17s t> £4, spriug-i-.g heifers £4 10s to £6 2s, dairy cows £0 10s to L 6 15s, forward wethers 13s Oh wethers and ewes 7s 6d to 9s, lxog-get-i 7s 4d t/> 9s 6d.
