STANDING ORDERS.
1. In all cases not hereinafter provided, the President shall decide. 2. The sitting days of the Ruoanga shall be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, unless otherwise ordered by the Runanga. 3. The President shall fake the chair at ten o'clock, unless another hour shall have been appointed. * 4.. If, it the expiration of half an hour after tbe hour, appointed, there be not six members present to form a quorum, the President ehall adjourn the meeting until the hour appointed for the next day. -fit..Tfae;pabuc shall hare free access to these meetings, bat at the reqtiest of any member, the President shall at any time order <tranger» to withdraw. <6. Ajter the reading of the prayer appointed for the Riinanga, the minutes of the previous meeting ehaJl be read and confirmed. 7. Motions, of which previous notice shall have been given, ahall be taken into consideration. 6. Notices of motion may be given at any convenient opportunity in tbe course of the S.
