NOTICE. jjjWERY alien is required to - make application for regis= tratlon in the, prescribed form not later than tsli December, 1917. "Alien" means a person of either _sex not leas than fifteen year a of age who is not a British subject "either by birth or by naturalization in New Zealand. Alien seamen may register "with Collector of Customs at port where vessel is lying. ■ - ' Every such application shall be in writing in duplicate, * and shall be made by delivering the same ally to a Registration Officer.
